Rosie is honestly the best yoga instructor I have ever had. I’ve practiced yoga in many different countries, and she is by far the most talented teacher I’ve come across. Her classes are so soothing, gentle, and grounding, and I go every single week because I genuinely look forward to them.

She always switches things up, and I always learn something new. I’ve never once left her class without feeling completely relaxed, reset, and nourished, both physically and mentally. It’s truly my favourite part of the week.

Rosie’s class is the ‘unmissable’ in my week. Through each session, I feel held by her quiet, calming presence, which she genuinely offers in service of those practising with her that day.

She has an understated way of presenting flows and postures which belies the thought and intention she must put into her preparation. With Rosie, it is all about gentle guidance and a gracious welcoming of what each of us brings to the mat.

I leave, a little more connected and more in tune with my body … and always with mindful thought to dwell on.

Rosie’s hot restorative classes are honestly something special. She creates a space where you can completely escape the stress of life and decompress from training. Your nervous system finally gets to switch off.

Each week she brings a thoughtful theme and teaches a different element of the practice which keeps it feeling intentional. You can tell how much care and knowledge goes into what she offers and that she’s living the advice she preaches.

Her calming presence and voice instantly settle the room and you feel safe. I always leave feeling lighter, mentally clearer and physically restored. This midweek reset does wonders.
